All 7th-12th grade student athletes and their parents/guardians are invited to a Football Parent Information Night on Tuesday, May 16 from 6:30-7:30 PM in the Waitsburg High School auditorium. This meeting is to inform families about dates, events, and expectations for football through the spring and summer leading into the fall. Both parents and prospective players are asked to attend the meeting.

Key topics that will be discussed at the meeting:

  • Spring Football schedule for practices
  • Eastern Oregon University 8-man Football Team Camp, June 18-21 in Elgin, Oregon. (Registration packets to be handed out)
  • Best weight room/exercise preparation program, developed and presented by Kyle Wiley (Practicing Physical Therapist)
  • Expectations for activity over the summer
  • General Coaching Philosophy and Football Staff
  • Sports Registration for Fall (Registration Packets to be handed out)
  • Opportunities for community and families to help and to participate with football team
  • Fall regular season schedule for practices and games
  • Fundraisers and odds and ends
