Please be aware that our Skyward Family Access Data System will upgrade January 6, 2021 to the Qmlativ Education Management System. What this transition means for Waitsburg students and parents is that the Skyward Family Access platform will be on “lock” and unavailable to users starting at midnight on December 18 through January 6, 2021.
Qmlativ is the next generation of Skyward technology and will enhance our users’ ability to access school information to include student grades and student attendance. During the 12/18/20-1/6/21 transition time, you may find that you have no access to Skyward or you may find that you can access Skyward; however, the information available to you is frozen and therefore is only a snapshot of each student’s grades based on entries up to December 18 at midnight.
On January 6, 2021 all users will be able to access Qmlativ using their previous Skyward Username and Password. You may be prompted to update the Skyward App on your phone to the Qmlativ app; additionally, the Waitsburg School District website will be updated to provide a link to Qmlativ.
This is a new system for our staff as well, please be patient as grades and attendance may vary from actual data while we complete the transition through the end of January. The school district will communicate opportunities for training nights and resources for families in January to learn more about using Qmlativ. Please look for that information coming after winter break.
Please contact the appropriate school (below) if you have difficulty in accessing Qmalitiv after January 6, 2021 and remember that Skyward will be “locked” beginning December 18 at midnight and transition to Qmaltiv on January 6, 2021.
